Who is RigBooks designed for?

We designed the app to meet the needs of Owner Operator truck drivers. We tried to make it flexible enough for small fleets too, but if you are a big trucking firm RigBooks probably isn’t for you.

Is my data secure?

Yes, RigBooks runs on redundant hard drives. Data backups are made nightly and stored in a different location. SSL (https) encryption is standard with all accounts. The safety of your data is our #1 concern.

How does your refund policy work?

RigBooks is a month-to-month pay-as-you-go service. If you want to stop using the service, you can delete your account.

Does RigBooks support other languages besides English?

Not yet, but we hope to have RigBooks translated into Spanish soon.

Are there other fees?

NO! No signup fees, no termination fees…no extra fees, ever.

Do I have to prepay?

No, you can buy one month at a time.

Is there a site manual or instructions?

We continually strive to make this product easy to use. If you cannot understand this site by just looking around we haven’t accomplished our goal. If you are confused, email us, we want to hear your feedback.

Do you provide technical support?

Yes, RigBooks provides English speaking email support for all customers. We do our best to respond to every email within just a few hours of receiving it. All tech support is handled in house by the people that developed the product.

Can I install RigBooks on my own server?

Sorry, no. We plan to remain web based trucking software for the foreseen future.
